Web-based Project Management
Spring Creek Design uses a sophisticated web-based project management system to run your project. All members of the team - the Client, SCD Management, Designers, Lead Carpenters and field staff, subcontractors and partners all have a login to the system.

This Online system lets you see the Project Calendar, request and manage Change Orders, see all the Plans and Documents, view and share Project photos and more from any internet connected computer. 

Open-Book Accounting
All of the costs associated with your project are shared with you in an open-book format. We show you all of the costs for materials, labor, subcontractors, allowances, permits and more. We also show you our markup. We believe a successful project is a transparent collaboration between client and contractor.

Lifetime Warranty
