The following projects are some examples of our work. Just click on each picture to see how the project went from idea to completion.
This 1970's rancher had seen better days when we transformed it into a Craftsman-influenced 2-storey home. The home's  environmentally sensitive lot motivated us to maintain the original footprint to minimize soil erosion. Innovative design includes a new kitchen, mudroom and study/play loft for the kids. Designed as a "Not So Big" renovation, with lots of hand-crafted custom touches.
This standard  development house was transformed into a stately Craftsman home. Significant improvements were made to the floor plan, including a new mud room, new laundry room, new dining room and a spectacular new library. The project features extensive custom oak woodwork and doors throughout the first floor. Floors were replaced with 5" solid oak plank.
A sophisticated Man Cave, this basement project is designed to create a hip, contemporary space that reinterprets the traditional elements of an old-school men's club.  Dark concrete bar and countertops provide mass and offer an industrial contrast to the extensive mahogany woodwork. The space includes a bar, a pool table and a 100" HDTV screen.
This historic porch replacement was built to exacting standards to meet the Oley Township HARB requirements, but using modern, maintenance free materials. Meticulous attention to detail is evident in the hand made brackets, Douglas fir rafter tails and the seamless blending of old and new.
This 1920's home required a complete renovation, including a new master suite, new bathrooms, a new gourmet kitchen and a custom home office. Designed to be faithful to the style and color palette of the Arts and Crafts movement.
This ambitious basement finishing project included a home theater, two bars, a play area. It made extensive use of custom built-ins, including a leather seating area, bookcases, under-stair drawers, hobby area - even a beermeister and a wine rack. This was a turn-key project, meaning that Spring Creek Design handled all aspects, from initial design through construction, lighting, paint and interior decorating down to the last throw pillow.
This kitchen renovation included removing a wall between the kitchen and living room. The old peninsula kitchen was redesigned to feature a custom island. Ikea cabinets help keep the cost down without sacrificing style or function, freeing budget dollars for some creative custom work and a great lighting plan.
This basement included a host of custom features. The homeowners are sports fanatics, with a large and varied collection of sports memorabilia. They also love to entertain. So we designed and built the ultimate party basement - three bars, high-tech home theater, billiards area and several built-in display cases to show off their collection.
This basement bar was custom built of cherry. It features concrete counter tops, built-in fridge and wine chiller, LCD flat-panel TV and ceramic tile floor.
This simple family room makeover yielded big results. Built-in bookcases, a new mantel and tile fireplace surround were designed to makes the most of the room's high, sloped ceiling. The fireplace treatment also balanced the big-screen TV so that it no longer dominated to room. Up-to-the-minute paint scheme and vertical accent panels make the room stylish and interesting. Proof that smart design and a creative approach doesn't have to be a budget-buster.
This spectacular deck project incorporates a host of custom features, with nearly 2,200 square feet of floor space. Special features include a cooking area with built-in cabinets and a stainless grill, a bar, a built-in hot tub and a built-in beverage cooler. Finishing touches include an outdoor stereo system and extensive low-voltage lighting. The deck and most of the built-ins were made from Trex composite lumber to keep maintenance to a minimum.
More than just a deck, this elegant covered porch is like an outdoor room. Quality features include the use of Doric columns, custom railings, skylights, mahogany flooring, solid T/G pine ceiling and recessed lighting. Exterior trim and railings were made from maintenance-free vinyl and PVC.
