This old pool house had several problems - Brady Bunch decor, a very low ceiling and extensive rot in the wooden floor. We gutted the building, raise its height by 2 feet, replaced the rotting wood and installed a new interior. Special features include a mahogany floor, new kitchen and new powder room. The building was also insulated, heated, and had new windows and door installed to make it functional as a hobby/reading room all year round.
